I have been advising the liquor, gaming and commercial property industries in New South Wales for over 30 years.

My clients include hoteliers, liquor store owners, restaurateurs, nightclub owners, motel owners, liquor and gaming manufacturers and suppliers and property and resort developers, who range in size from individual business people to public companies.

Also, I act as an agent and consultant to other professionals, including lawyers, accountants, town planners and architects who need advice on the liquor and gaming component of their transactions and projects.

Since 1997 I have been a member of the Clarence Professional Group, a chambers practice which includes other specialist lawyers and accountants.

From 1983 to 1997 I was a Partner at a major Sydney Law Firm in its Commercial Property and Liquor Licensing Group.

I contribute articles and comment to various liquor and gaming industry journals and newsletters. I am an occasional speaker on liquor and gaming issues.

I am a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and of the Law Society of New South Wales Scheme: Liability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation.
